In accordance with our Business Model, we do not have our own products, nor our own consultancy, and only engage in proprietary trading within de minimis limits. For this is exactly what we understand by independence.

Unconditional Security

We are a modern private bank which was established in 2008. You will neither find bad debts nor risky business segments such as corporate lending or investment banking with us. All decisions are taken in-house. Management board and executives of V-BANK bear entrepreneurial responsibility as shareholders. In short: Our emphasis is on Security.

Support with the Acquisition of New Clients

Since our bank was established, we have massively invested in sales activities for our business partners. Some figures for illustration:

  • In 2017 alone, we were able to regularly place asset managers in Internet and in print media (daily and regional newspapers) for more than 130 quotation enquiries, about 140 editorial articles and more than 250 independent opinions.
  • Together with our asset managers, we have held about 15 events for stakeholders and clients which were attended by approx. 1,500 visitors.

Münchner Vermögenstag (“Munich Asset Day”)

With the Münchner Vermögenstag, we have created a unique place of exchange of and for independent asset managers. Every year about 500 professional visitors attend the one-day trade fair. It offers asset managers the opportunity to exchange information and opinions as well as their own products and services.

Launching Funds with Cooperation Partners

Not least against the background of MiFID II, the launch of one’s own fund can help to improve revenues in the company as well as the performance of clients. V-BANK accompanies the establishment of funds with cooperation partners such as Hansa Invest and assists with marketing.
