Jens Hagemann is an incorporator and has been spokesman of the management board of V-BANK since early 2008. Born in Frankfurt, Jens Hagemann had a very successful career at a major German bank before he took the bold step of becoming an entrepreneur. From 2002 to 2007, he was the management board spokesman of DAB Bank AG, making the innovative online broker profitable again. Before that, Jens Hagemann had worked at the HVB Group in Frankfurt, Berlin and Munich, after having studied business administration - eventually in leading positions in the fields of lending and corporate banking. Stefan Lettmeier is a member of the incorporation team of V-BANK and has been responsible for all “back-office functions”, i.e. all organisational units from client service to finance management in the management board since 2010. Stefan Lettmeier, a native of Munich, was responsible for the client service and back-office units for all private and business clients as a division manager at DAB Bank AG from 1999 to 2007. Florian Grenzebach has been a general representative since 2018. The trained banker moved to V-BANK in 2015 and is in charge of sales and customer service. He previously worked for UniCredit Group for around 20 years. In Munich, Grenzebach finally headed a team of 13 advisors with an investment volume of around EUR 600 million for wealthy private clients. Lars Hille is Senior Partner Financial Services of Roland Berger since 2018. Befor he had been responsible for the capital market business of DZ BANK AG. Within the DZ BANK group, Hille, who holds a degree in business administration, led the sales department private clients. Successfully he implemented platform strategies in the certificate business or online securities brokerage. Most recently he pushed the digital future scenario 2020 private clients of the DZ BANK group. Furthermore he is a member of several supervisory or advisory boards.
